寧波耐吉新星自動化設備有限公司是由寧波耐吉科技股份有限公司與韓國新星產電株式會社合資組建的合資企業，主要開發、研制、生產、銷售12/24/40.5kV戶外柱上開關的專業性企業,于2008年引進西班牙伊奈爾（INAEL）技術，生產、銷售12/24/36kV六氟化硫環網柜。
耐吉新星坐落在依傍東海的慈溪市杭州灣新區，處于滬、杭、甬交通“金三角”的支點區域，毗領中國最大的工業城市上海，亞洲最大跨海大橋——杭州灣大橋將建于新區西部。這里人杰地靈、鐘靈毓秀，是一個古老而充滿現化氣息的濱海經濟開發區。
耐吉新星一直倡導“以人為本，科技領先”的發展理念，引進韓國的生產技術，成功開發出SPV系列永磁/彈操真空斷路器、ZW20系列真空斷路器、FZW28系列真空負荷開關、SPF系列SF6斷路器、SPG系列SF6負荷開關、配網自動化一次設備、12/24/36kV六氟化硫環網柜等產品，并均通過PCCC產品認證。公司還在內部管理流程中全面推行ERP管理技術，從市場預測與分析、新產品開發、工程設計、生產制造到服務跟綜的全過程，基本實現了信息化管理，具有年產10000臺戶外開關的生產能力。

Established in 2001, Ningbo Nature Shingsung Automation Co., Ltd. is one of the leaders in high technology enterprises in China. We focus on designing, researching and developing, manufacturing and selling outdoor pole-mounted switches.
